COMPUTER OPTIMIZATION

Is your computer running slowly?
Our Computer Optimization service typically gets the average
computer running faster and more reliably! Internet Explorer
cache is flushed, old unneeded Windows Update files are
removed, unnecessary temp files and log files are deleted, unnecessary startup
scripts are disabled, your hard drive is defragmented,
registry errors are repaired, registry tweaks are applied,
anti-malware is brought up to date and Windows (and Office
if present) updates are completed.
MALWARE (VIRUS/TROJAN/SPYWARE/WORM/ADWARE)
DETECTION AND REMOVAL [$99-$149 depending
on how badly computer is infected]
In this day and age, your computer can
get infected just by visiting the wrong site, or opening the
wrong email. Many infections go by unnoticed! Our malware detection
and removal service uses several layers of processingto go
through your system and remove all of those pesky

OPERATING SYSTEM REPAIR [$99-$149]
If your Windows operating system has
been damaged by malware, bad drivers, disk errors, registry
corruption, etc. it will typically need to be repaired or
rebuilt, especially if you're getting the ubiquitous Windows
"blue screen of death" or the 'C:\Windows\System32\Config\System',
missing Hal.dll, etc. errors. We'll make the necessary
Windows repair while preserving your valuable data. A system
restore (with data backup & recovery) is a last resort if
Windows cannot be repaired. Also includes computer
optimization and cleanup.
DATA BACKUP & RECOVERY

repair that can take 3-5 hours. If your computer is
currently malfunctioning, this package also covers all
labor and repair costs! Turnaround
time, depending on our workload, is typically 3-5 days
but we always try to get it done faster. For guaranteed
24-36 hour turnaround
time, go with our Emergency VIP Package below.

The $199 Emergency
VIP Package includes:
everything in the VIP Package above, but tries to ensure a 24-36 hour turnaround
time (provided your computer is not so badly damaged
that more time is needed, in which case we may downgrade
you to the standard VIP package to save you money). Clients purchasing the Emergency
VIP Package get priority
over all repairs and are "moved to the front of the
line". Even if we have other clients to help, you
get top priority! Data recovery is not included in this
price but can be added if needed.
